Copper might turn your skin green; it all depends on your body chemistry. Everybody reacts a little differently. A few things can be done to help.

- Don’t wear your copper jewelry every day. Constant wear will break down the sealants much faster.
- Don’t wear your piece in the shower, while swimming, or while exercising.
- Take copper rings off while washing/sanitizing/moisturizing hands.
- Don’t spray perfume on copper jewelry.
- Don't put copper rings on when your hands are wet.
- Do store your copper jewelry in a closed jewelry box or plastic bag.

Some skin discoloration is normal and is not harmful. Green discoloration on your skin will wash off with warm, soapy water. Some discoloration on the copper is normal with regular wear.

I do not accept returns or cancellations. Please contact me if you have a problem with your order and we can work together to solve the problem.

For exchanges, contact me within 3 days of your order arriving to arrange this. Items may be exchanged for other items of equal or lesser price. The original item needs to be delivered back to me within 14 days of the agreement, at which point I will send the replacement item. Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. Buyers are also financially responsible for any damage done to items during exchange shipping process.

Refunds will only be given if the item is damaged during initial shipping. Please send me pictures of the damaged product/packaging immediately upon receipt. Once the item has been returned to me, I will issue a refund for the price of the product. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds will not be given for damage that occurs purposefully or accidentally on buyer’s behalf. If items break or are damaged after being dropped, bent, stored improperly, or worn improperly, buyers are responsible for the price of repairing or replacing the item.

All chains and cord lengths can be adjusted to your liking. Extender chains can be added at no extra charge. Just let me know how I can make the jewelry perfect for you and I’m happy to help!

Feel free to message me any questions you have about adjustments, or leave a note at the time of purchase. Adjustments will be made for you only after you purchase the item. Inquiries about adjustments do not count as a hold on an item - first come, first served.

If you wish for your necklace to be made longer, please understand that I may need to change the style of chain or cord depending on what I have available. I will communicate any such changes with you and get your approval before shipping your piece.
