Foxes Patisserie and Co. is a business that sprung from the publishing of "Ross and Stephanie Tonini's Family Cookbook" by Stephanie and Ross Tonini available through Xlibris, Amazon and Barnes and Noble and my dedicated years to photography, primarily of cuisine, bakery goods and savory delectable's. I have to tell you that all the pastries, cake's, cookies, muffins and pies are made, baked and plated by me! It has been quite the journey deciding what to recreate and present in order to make it an original and my own. I must tell you it has brought a tremendous amount of joy and thoughtful creation to my table of thought. Even down to the food designing and it's photography setting. The decisions are never easy because I truly want to make it all and photograph it all. Quite the task I have placed before me. Well, as I said I wrote the cookbook and now it's published only to be followed a berage of new mental recipes that need to go somewhere. So, I decided to open a bakery boutique on Etsy where a slow but gradual placement of recipes could be placed available through download at a minimal cost. In the middle of all the recipe purchases I kept receiving questions from shop visitor's about the purchase of the actual bakery item's. In other word's, "Can you make that cake for me and how much will it cost?" So, a few bakery item's of past request are now available and I plan to add more sweet's You may be asking about the name of the shop and how it received it's title. "Foxes" was aquired through my Welsh English background and "Patisserie" came about through my French background. The two names slowly met along with lovely English logo of a Momma Fox and her little one "Patisse". The "and Co." are all the delightful sweet creatures that surround us in animated form in the kitchen and in the photography presentation of cake's, pies, cookies etc. You will see them as big fox and little fox and big and small rabbits of all kinds adourned with seasonal ribbons and other little creatures to come for a visit soon too! If you can't tell, I have enjoyed the whimsy whimsical and creative process in every sweet bit of it and to share it with you. I also started turning certain photographic image's into notecard's using various photography programs and photography art programs. I have several notecard possibilities produced and will have them listed soon along with the current "Frosted Window Pane's" and "Hello Cupcake". both have several images to offer and will be available soon. I am continuously at the creative table and deciding what is good to do or make next. So, yes I am working on a second book, a dessert cookbook called "The Swiss Merengue" and up to 127 pages of dessert recipes and photography. I will keep you posted on this one and it's availability.
