I only accept PayPal payments.
Order cancellations will not be accepted once you have purchased an item. Please make sure you are 100% on purchasing an item from this store.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped between 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment. I will not send items until the payment has been received via PayPal.
- Please provide the correct shipping address. I will send items to the exact address listed.
Items are placed within a small parcel surrounded with bubble wrap.Each parcel is then taped on both ends to make the package secure.
All items are shipped through Royal Mail.

✿ If you are happy with your item(s) it would be greatly appreciated if you left some positive feedback about your purchase and the quality of the product. If you have any quires or concerns about your purchase please contact me and I will reply promptly. ✿
♥ Do you take custom orders?
- No I currently do not take any custom orders. Eventually I will be taking custom orders.
♥ Can you reserve an item for me?
- I can reserve an item for you for up to 7 days of this request. If a purchase or payment have no been received within the 7 day the item will be re-listed for other consumers. You may only reserve once per item.
♥ Can you remake a specific item if it has been sold out?
- If there is more than 4 requests for a specific items then yes I will make a batch and re-list the item available for purchase and the original price. If you would like an item to be remade please contact me.
♥ How do I take care of my decoden phone case?
- You must be very careful with you phone cases. The charms are secured not only with the silicone but with industrial strength glue to make sure the items are in place. Eventually the constant use of the phone case will likely causes some damage so please be very careful. Make sure you keep the item away from any animals and children.
♥ Why does the product smell strange?
- Silicone once used tends to have a distinctive smell. Since the package has been secured the smell will be strong. Leaving the phone case out for the silicone to breath will allow the smell to gradually disappear.
- Do not put the product in a tight space e.g. a pocket.
- If a charm falls off your phone case it can be easily repaired with strong glue.
- To clean your phone case, damped a cotton bud in some lukewarm water and carefully wipe.
