Garden Style Living : my home away from home. It started -- and still exists -- as a brick & mortar boutique in Pittsburgh, PA, and it houses much more than an ever-changing collection of cool to classic vintage accessories and furnishings. It houses all the things old souls like us love most. Antique architectural salvage. Custom-painted vintage furnishings. Weathered garden ornaments. Vintage chandeliers and mirrors. Rustic, reconstructed originals. And it’s become the home for my signature decorating style . . . a go-to place for kindred spirits looking for their next, best find. Walk in one day and you may find vignettes full of European treasures mixed with hip but humble flea market finds. On the next day, room-like settings full of locally found vintage and antique pieces . . . combining different eras, various styles of furnishings and accessories and moss-covered statuary brought in from the garden.

Over the years my finds landed into some pretty skilled hands like Lisa Dagnal's, who created one of the most published interior design projects to date (google DECORATING THE FARM in the New York Times) where hundreds of my garden style treasures fill the rooms, conservatory, barns and grounds. And then there's the visionary hands of a long-time favorite customer, Leanne Ford, of the upcoming HGTV series "Restored by the Fords". So lucky to know this lady . . . she and I just click. We love the same things and share a passion for mixing the old with the new. Her designs and my finds have been featured in Country Living, Country Home, Domino, Architectural Digest, Living UK, Best of Flea Market Finds, Better Homes and Gardens, Style Me Pretty Living, MyDomain.com and more. And now, please be sure to watch her new HGTV show (produced by the same folks who produce "Fixer Upper") beginning January 2, 2018. On the show you'll see rooms full of Garden Style Living furniture and accessories and a few shelves I styled to help the girl out (wow, was she on overload!) . . . I have to say, all tons of fun, but A LOT OF WORK. But fun, fun, fun!
