Hi Rachel...as a small business your rating is important to me and I want all my customers to be happy with their purchase! I understand the colour of photos online can sometimes appear misleading but the product description did clearly state them as being made from brass. I have included below the message you sent me back in November as I think it gives a more fair review. "Good afternoon Natalie, I have just received my spiral tree of life earrings, and they are absolutely gorgeous. Only thing is I thought I was buying them in silver tone, and these are a golden brass...I was really hoping for that silver look." I did offer you to return them to me if you wanted a full refund. I certainly would not want any customers to feel 'misled' when buying from me! Best Wishes, Natalie
