I was doing a major kitchen and dining room renovation and discovered that a new heat vent in a high-traffic area was a wonky size. The local hardware store's options for vent covers was pretty depressing. I found Get Bent on Etsy, fell in love with the star register, and was thrilled to find out I could order a custom size. My order was turned around quickly, and voila! Not only does it look awesome, but it's very solid and well-made. It stays firmly in place, even when getting stepped on all day long. And given that I pass it dozens of times every day, just looking at it makes me happy.
