If you don't have a PayPal account you can use your card and pay via PayPal as a guest - a link will appear giving you this option during the payment process.

Payment for each piece/s will need to be cleared before making of the item can begin.
I will notify you when payment has cleared in my account and that I will be starting to make your piece.

I aim to complete and dispatch your order within 5-7 working days and 14 days during busier periods 14 days after payment has cleared.
I will inform you of commencement, completion and dispatch dates of your keepsake/s

If you need your keepsake for a particular date or that is outside of the 14 day time frame please contact me and I will do my best to fulfil your request.

UK Delivery information:
I use Royal Mail UK confirmed delivery which will require a signature on delivery.
All parcels will be sent out 1st class unless requested otherwise ..... please contact me if you have any special delivery requirements.

Delivery costs are not included in the price of my pieces and will be added at the checkout.

As a guideline the following prices apply via Royal Mail at this time:

Based on Royal Mail 1st class delivery times ...... from time of dispatch to destination is approximately between 3-5 working days.
I will inform you when your keepsake/s has been dispatched.
Delivery time is the time your keepsake takes to reach you from the date of dispatch and does not include the 3-5 or 14 day lead time for creation and making of your keepsakes/s.

International Delivery information:
I use Royal Mail Airsure which provides full end to end tracking and online confirmation of delivery

As a guideline the following prices apply via Royal Mail Airsure at this time:

250g...... EU .............. £8.50 + VAT
500g...... EU .............. £9.95 + VAT

Based on Royal Mail Airsure delivery times ...... from time of dispatch to destination is up to working 5 days within the EU and 7 working days non EU countries.
As with UK deliveries I will inform you when your keepsake/s has been dispatched.

All my keepsakes are packaged ready to give as a gift in an organza gift bag.
Each keepsake is then securely wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged ready for posting in a secure padded envelope.
Unless otherwise requested multiple items will be packaged individually in an organza gift bag, securely wrapped individually in bubble wrap and sent out in the same padded envelope.
This is to keep packaging and postage costs at an acceptable level.
However, please be secure in the knowledge that the safe arrival of your keepsake/s is priority and appropriate packaging will be used at all times.
If, for any reason your keepsake/s arrive damaged in any way due to damaged packaging please contact me immediately in order for me to pursue the issue with Royal Mail.
I would ask you to please take a photograph of the damaged items and packaging and return them to me in order to pursue a compensation claim.

Please could you ensure that you give the correct address of where you would like the parcel to be delivered to if different from billing address.
I will ask you for confirmation of this before I dispatch your piece.

Due to small components being used in my keepsakes I do not advice my jewellery to be given to small children.However it is at your discretion should you choose to do so and with that in mind I cannot be held responsible for any injury that may be incurred should you choose to do so.

Over time the fine silver components of your keepsake may tarnish, this is a natural occurrence with the silver and not a defect, the shine can be brought back again with a polish from a silver cloth.

As my keepsakes also use leather cord and beads I do not advice them to be worn in water, e.g showering, swimming or in the sea.
However, if over time you would like the leather cord replacing I am happy to do this free of charge, all I ask is that you cover the postage costs.
