However, one crystal did fall out and i had to do some work on it and i managed to stick it back in its place. i’m sure it wasn’t the sellers fault and most likely just the roughness of some delivery companies, very gorgeous though!

Returns and exchange details
I accept returns/exchanges if i am notified first within 15 days from the day your order was delivered. You can make a return within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, products must be received:
• Unworn and in new condition
• In original packaging with tags attached
• With a packing slip for proper crediting

Refund would be denied if the merchandise was mailed over 90 days after the delivery day. Unfortunately, I cannot accept a return if your item was customized in any way.
