Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders are welcome. Please note that custom orders may take up to 4 weeks. Made-to-order items are done in the order I receive the request. Please note that I will get the item out to you as soon as possible. If you require the item for a specific date, please do contact me and I will try my best to make it happen.

How about if I want to pick up an item from you?
Definitely an option! If you would like to save yourself shipping cost and would like to pick up your purchase from me, or would like to meet up at a central location, no problem! Please contact me and we can make arrangements. I will generally schedule meet ups for Saturday or Sunday and pick ups will be anytime after 5pm on the weekdays. If you live in Vancouver and want to schedule a pick up between 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday, that can be arranged as well.
Why does it cost so much to ship chenille yarn?
Although chenille yarn is not heavy,it is really fluffy; therefore, it requires a box large enough to fit the skeins. The way the postal service calculates the cost of shipping is first by the dimensions of box then the weight of the package.
Shipping - how long will the package take to get to me?
**PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES**
Timing will be dependent on where you live:
Canada via Canada Post: Regular post takes between 3 - 10 business days.
USA via UPS Mail Innovation/USPS: Regular Post take 3 - 12 business days.
***Keep in mind business days do not include weekend***
Please keep in mind that the closer you are located to me, the sooner you will receive your package.
For Americans, the closer you are to Washington state, the sooner you will receive your package as I ship out of Blaine, WA.
However, unexpected delays may occur due to postal service disruptions or customs delay.

Chunky Knit Merino/Acrylic Blanket Care Instructions
To keep the blanket in the best shape possible, it should only be used as a decorative piece. It will need to be handled gently and kept away from high traffic areas. Heavy use will make it shed and pill more than usual and damage the blanket (rubbing against other fabrics, kids playing on blanket, pets trying to create a sweet spot to lay on in blanket). This blanket will require grooming from time to time to remove flyaways and pilll. You can gently pull off any loose pieces and use scissors to trim flyaways. To clean the blanket, please dry clean only.
What if I need to return an item?
I will accept returns for ready to ship items. However, the cost of
the return shipping will be at the buyer's expense. There will also be a 15% restocking fee.
Is it normal to have knots/ joins in my yarn?
Yes, it is. Breakage can occur during the spinning/ winding process. The manufacturer will not throw away good yarn; therefore, they will join the yarn together. Per industry standard, it is acceptable to have up to 3 joins within a skein.
I do try my best to find all the skeins with multiple joins; however, some do slip through.
What do I do if if I think my package is missing?
All your orders are insured! Please contact me if you have not received your package 21 days after the shipping date in Canada and USA and 45 days everywhere else. I will need an email from you after the 21 days stating your order is missing.
Also, I will need your email address to send the affidavit for you to sign. It does take a bit for the insurance company to process the claim. Once it all done, you can decide whether you would like a replacement or refund.
I am not responsible for packages that go missing or is undeliverable due to incorrect address supplied via the checkout process. If the package is returned to me and you would like the order shipped out to you again, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
