All glassware should be hand washed. The life of the product can be prolonged if items are not put in the dishwasher or microwave.

All apparel should be machine washed on cold and hung dry. Wash apparel inside out to prolong the design.

Gift wrapping may be available prior to purchase based on the seller's discretion for an added price.

Requests to include personalized notes and/or special wrapping if an item has already been purchased (for example, adding request in Note to Seller when checking out) may not be honored. If a request is made and the item has not been produced, an extra charge may be put in -place to fulfill the request.

If an item is received by the customer broken, the customer must provide proof in order to receive a refund or replacement item. If you have received a damaged product, please email a picture of the item to hintofcharmdesigns@gmail.com. If an image is not or can not be provided, no refund or replacement item will be issued.

If an item breaks during use, a replacement or refund may be provided on a situational basis by the seller's discretion.

Items that are custom made may not be returned or exchanged. These products include, but are not limited to:

- Monogrammed Shotglasses
- Monogrammed Jewelry Bowls and Plates
- Monogram Decals
- Rings
- Custom Orders

If information needed to complete the order is missing, we will initially reach out via Etsy message to obtain this information. If there is no response, we will reach out for a second time over Etsy and for a third via email using the provided alias given during the checkout process.

Orders will not be cancelled or refunded due to incomplete information. As we hope our customers will still want to receive their order, we keep orders open to fulfill them once the buyer responds to our messages.
