Your purchases are dispatched either the same day or the very next working day in most cases, either First Class via HM's excellent postal carriages or via airship for those customers in far flung places.
If purchasing from outside of the British Isles, then please allow 14 days for delivery. Customs can often hold up the process and that is outside of my control, I'm afraid. As are any additional customs and taxes that your country care to add on delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: When puchasing multiple items, shipping price for additional items is charged at a greatly reduced (nominal) rate. This charge is added to the full postage cost of the heaviest or largest item. Please do not be confused by the shipping information displayed at the foot of each item (this format is built in to the Etsy site and we have no power over it) which suggests that all items purchased as part of a multiple order are reduced... you will always have to pay full shipping for the item most expensive to post.
