Can the templates be customized?
Yes. You can customize every template. They are fully-editable in Canva for Free.
Will the item be shipped?
No. This is a digital product that will be available for immediate download after purchase.
How and where can I contact you?
You can contact me by sending me a message here, on Etsy. I’ll get to you as soon as possible.
After download, where can I find my template?
All of the templates I make are made in Canva. The template link will be in the PDF file + instructions on how to use and edit the template. For other designs like highlight icons, the files will be in the zipped folder.
Does your template come in other formats like Photoshop, Illustrator or Word?
No. All templates are made with Canva, which other customers have found super easy to use.
Do I need any software?
No. No software download is needed, and creating a Canva account is free!
How do I and when can I download my files?
After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews.
