Care instructions
Wash with warm soapy water, do not scrub or soak the item. All items are made with high quality outdoor vinyl so we do NOT recommend putting in the dishwasher to microwave as the heat can ruin the vinyl.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you need a item gift wrapped we can do that for a little extra charge.
When will my order ship
Check listing for the most up to date turnaround time. Shipping depends on if you pick standard (3-7 business days) or Priority (2-3 business days) once shipped this time is not included in the turnaround time.
Please check listings as some items have different turnaround time.
Your invoice will give you your exact date it is to ship. To find your invoice, click on the Purchases and Reviews tab in the top right corner under your name.
We are not responsible for any lost or delay packages due to USPS.
We are not responsible for any damage glasses that doesn't have insurance. If you order one glass its suggested you add insurance at checkout.
If you order 2 glasses they ship priority so insurance is included up to 50.00 is covered.
