I reached out about the arrival date of the item because ei realized after ordering that I may not receive it in time. (This was completely my fault as I missed the info on shipping times). they were wonderful and assured me they would could have my item to me on time. When it arrived, it fit perfectly and is gorgeous and soft and comfortable.

I placed my order and asked if it was possible to get it sooner. I was so excited that it showed up in just a few days. The issue was that in my order I requested that it be yellow but it came in pink. I sent a message and didn't get a response for a couple of days. The response said someone would look into it and get back to me. After a day or so more with no response my daughter decided to just go with pink because I needed time to stone it. I sent another message letting them know we would just go with pink but still haven't received a response. The quality and fit is great and would have probably ordered again, just wish we had a better experience and had gotten the color we'd requested.

There definitely was some issues but after hearing back I totally understand and you can’t always control UPS, but they reached out and talked to me and definitely solved any problems I have. Can’t wait for the package to get here.
