All items in this shop are handmade and sold as finished products.

Custom commissions or made-to-order requests are not accepted.

The exact finished item shown in the listing photos is what will be sold.
Changes to specifications, size, color, or other customizations are not available.

2. Latex Products / Hood & Mask Disclaimer

Products sold in this shop are made of latex (natural rubber).

If you have a latex allergy, please do not purchase or use these products.

Hoods and masks are intended for costume or display purposes only and are not medical or protective equipment.

If you experience discomfort, excessive heat, or feel unwell during use, please stop using the product immediately.

The shop is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during use. Use all products at your own discretion and responsibility.

Due to the nature of latex, products may experience aging, discoloration, or odor changes over time.

Exposure to high temperatures, direct sunlight, solvents, or oils may accelerate deterioration.

3. Orders & Payment

Payments must be made using the payment methods provided by Etsy.

Once an order is placed, cancellations are generally not accepted, even before shipment.

Changes to an order may only be possible before processing begins, and only if circumstances allow.

Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Because all items are sold as finished products with no customization, returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference are not accepted.

Returns based on size, fit, comfort, or personal expectations are not eligible.

Only in cases of clear defects or shop errors (such as incorrect items or serious damage) will we offer support.
