1. Monogram letters should be listed in the exact order you would like them stitched on the item
first name LAST NAME middle name - is traditional style for female, FML all same letter height for male
2. Font Style a chart is in listing photos and lots of idea on Instagram @kaileysmonogram or visit Pinterest Kailey Monogram
3. Thread color - see listing chart
4. As I create your design, I will send to your ETSY message - please check there or leave a contact number and I will text you a note stating your font proof is ready to view
5. A VALID EMAIL and phone # in case we need to contact you and permission to contact you
6. A correct shipping address and apartment number
7. You give Kaileys Monogram permission to contact via phone, email, or Etsy
8. If you need to make a change, please do so within one hour via ETSY messages

Your shipping will automatically combine when ordering multiples.
For floppy hats, the hat can be turned to wear the monogram in any position- front back, or side. The monogram is stitched on the front brim with tag in back, so you can turn the hat to wear the monogram or name to show in back if desired.
Checkout- please ensure shipping address is correct and if a gift, please use the recipient's name and let them know a package will be arriving (recipients have refused unknown packages)
Please check Etsy messages as we may need to verify a font/color/or send a font proof for review.

MONOGRAM LETTER ETIQUETTE
~~Traditional female monogram is first, last, middle letter-
Brooklyn Elizabeth Sawyer would be BSE with the S being larger.
During checkout and when ordering please provide your letters in ★first LAST middle★ order, along with first, middle, last name to ensure proper letter placement.
~~Traditional male monogram is first, middle, last letter-
Parker Ryan Steele would be PRS with letters being the same height.
~~Traditional couple monogram - wife LAST NAME husband-
Allyson and Nick Williams AWN with the W being larger.
It is against Etsy's policies for me to sell any items without personalization as it is considered non handmade without personalization, so I cannot sell any item with "no monogram" Thank you.

Care instructions
***Washing Instructions: Turn your garment inside out and handwash or wash on delicate cycle in cold water. Lay flat to dry. When needed use a warm iron. Do not directly touch embroidery stitches. When ironing use a ironing cloth to cover stitches and iron garment from inside. Scarves are dry clean only or hand wash cold. For gifts personalized with vinyl- no microwave, no dishwasher, clean with a damp cloth.
Vinyl Decal Application Instructions
1.Prepare surface by using rubbing alcohol & make sure surface is clean & dry. Prior to application rub transfer paper/design well.
2.Your vinyl has three layers (paper backing, monogram, transfer tape) Remove paper backing- to expose the monogram/vinyl design.
3. Place vinyl on desired location- you can draw a faint line, place a piece of painter’s tape or masking tape to use as a line guide, and press and rub firmly- use a credit card or popsicle stick to smooth and press vinyl.
4. Slowly peel off transfer tape, leaving the letters in place. As you apply, if the vinyl is not attaching, lay transfer paper over design and rub well. Cure for 3 to 5 days.
5. No heat, microwave, soaking, dishwasher and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
