What if I put the wrong shipping address on my order?

It is the buyer's responsibility to input the correct shipping address. We create shipping labels directly from the etsy order. If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address from your order, please message us! We are able to update an address BEFORE an order is shipped. However, if the order has shipped, there is no way for us to update the shipping address.

What if my package gets lost in the mail?

We use etsy shipping labels through the USPS, and the shipping address is exactly what the buyer types into the shipping address form. If an order gets "lost" in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Kaldi Kollective to replace the items. You would need to create a claim with USPS, as that would be their responsibility.
