Hello! I messaged you as well, but you got the 2 correct larger sizes you ordered. I just upgraded the size of the 3rd one you purchased, so that is why they were all the same size 😊

1 out of 5 starsSo much for safe... Both candles exploded and no refund was issued when I contacted the seller. I am beyond disappointed. I even had pictures.

I am very sorry this happened. This is our first ever report of a glass breaking. They received order on 2/15/23 in perfect condition, with a free upgraded candle and gift. Customer wrote a 5 star review on 3/4/23 that candles were fine. 7 hours later they told me the candle "exploded"- and sent ONE pic (same as review). They said a candle "exploded" before too, but never contacted me or took pic. They admitted to not following the safety precaution on the label. I requested more pics so I could resolve their claim for a refund. They immediately ignored my request. I have now directly asked 4 times for pics of unbroken candle, but am ignored. I will continue to try to resolve with customer if they cooperate. I have also reached out to the manufacturer of our glass jars to report this as a possible defect.
