One of the most impressive and notable factors was the way in which I received this patch - it came in a little kraft paper envelope with hand-drawn art on it. Inside was the patch, a handwritten thank you note with instructions on how to apply the patch, a little piece of artwork with my name in Japanese, and an adorable little kawaii tiki sticker! 🥰 This is a seller that excels in her craft and knows what makes great customer service. I'm so grateful! 💖
