Another great hand knit! I got this and had it shipped to my great aunt as a gift. She absolutely loves it and told me that first night that it was so soft and warm that she wanted to sleep in it. lol This design is truly lovely...very flattering on most people. I love a great cloche hat! I think I might have to custom order one for myself...black and white maybe? Anyway, thanks, Kelly's Purls!

I do shop a lot online, but I don't usually think of Etsy. When I was looking for a knit blanket for the back of a chair in my study, my wife suggested Kelly's Purls. I was a little skeptical about the value of hand knit versus machine knit for this type of thing, but since I always shop for quality over quantity, I decided to send the shop owner a message describing what I wanted. To my surprise, Kelly immediately found the exact color I described, and agreed to make the blanket I wanted. It did take some time to make, but when I received my order in the mail, I saw why hand knits are worth it. Not only was this item custom made for me, the detail and quality is a cut above anything I could have found in a store from a machine. I highly recommend this Etsy shop if you are looking for quality knits for yourself or for gifts.

This collar was so cute, I just couldn't take my eyes off it...I love the combination of brown and turquoise. I've actually been moving away from warmer colors like brown, because I'm going through a transition with my hair, and growing out my natural silver/pepper. But, I just had to have this! I got a turquoise turtleneck to match, and I love the way it looks with this collar, boots, and jeans. I bought this hat to wear with the Monterey Nights shawl I purchased from Kelly's Purls. It has a sparkly thread woven in, and sparkly button accent, so it coordinates perfectly! I'm very pleased with the exceptional quality of this seller's work in each piece I purchased. Quality at an affordable price, I should add, especially for hand knits!

This shawl is absolutely gorgeous and SO well made! It's lightweight, and a perfect accent piece for warmer weather. I used to live in Monterey, California, so I was first attracted to this shawl by the name...When I looked more closely, I realized that the color scheme really did remind me of Monterey...white, navy blue, and gray, with a sparkling accent woven throughout. The yarn is so soft and fluffy! Every stitch is just perfect and the little butterfly buttons are super cute. I cannot WAIT to see my granddaughter in this! I have ordered several items from Kelly's Purls, but didn't realize there was a time limit on writing reviews. Every piece has been picture perfect and everyone loves these pieces! Heirloom quality pieces that you'll enjoy for generations.

The workmanship is so superb on this that my Mother brought it from Florida all the way to Tennessee to show me. It is really wonderful.
