After spending many years working in the corporate world, absorbing as much business savvy as possible, I decided to do something I love. After 15 years without producing many paintings, I decided to return to it full time.

I paint in both watercolor and acrylics. The subjects of my work are based in reality with a bit of the surreal included. I like to paint themes that are of interest to both children and adults. The outdoors and the Northwest are a source of inspiration for me.

Recently, I was both a weekly and monthly winner of Daniel Smith’s 11th Annual National Art Contest with my painting, “Kayaking Seahurst. I'm thrilled! Daniel Smith has always been revered in the Northwest and I am so happy to be recognized by them in any way.

While it is difficult to run your own business, so far it has all been worth it. Thank you for your support.
