-*PACKING & SHIPPING*-

- Shipping Refunds - Many orders will get a shipping overage refund once I am able to drop them at the post office. If you have a question about the shipping costs of your order, please feel free to reach out and ask.

- Tracking will be automatically added to non-flat international orders and non-flat domestic orders.
Tracking provided upon request for sticker and print orders.

*VAT Info*
On July 1st 2021 Etsy will start collecting import VAT on orders of physical goods under €150 physical goods shipped to the EU. I ask for your patience as I learn this new system. I'm anticipating some delays and mistakes since the system is very complex and difficult to navigate for small businesses. If you have questions please send me a direct message or an email.

- My packing materials may vary order to order. I try to use as much recycled or plant-based material as possible. The plastic sleeves I use to protect stickers and prints are made from a material called PLA (polylactic acid). In a composting environment it takes about 90 days for this type of plastic to break down.

- I visit post office about once a week. This day will vary, depending on how many orders I can bundle together. I am packing all orders with freshly washed hands, and using a wetting sponge to seal envelopes.
