Note from shop owner Thank you for your interest of Kimball’s Krafts. I have put my shop on vacation due to my sister passing away at the age of 57. If you have placed a order with me I am diligently working on them and they will be shipped out as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of your handcrafted item. I am also the executor of her estate and the one to make all arrangements. So please be patient with me. Most items take approximately 3-5 hours to complete. If you have questions or concerns please feel free to message me and I will respond at my earliest convenience. Please note that you must wait at least 10 business days for me to inquire with the USPS for packages that have yet to be delivered. Please remember I do not answer messages on Sunday’s, Monday’s, or holidays that time is reserved for my family. I only reply to messages between hours of 10-6 on Tuesday thru Saturday even though I work much longer. Please be patient, I will message you back. Thank you again for your interest or if you are currently or past customer for your business.
