I'm a trained product and graphic designer, and an artisan at heart. I believe both functionality and beauty lie in simple and clear forms. I enjoy using natural materials for my designs, play with texture, explore ergonomics, find the simplest elegant solutions.
Designing carefully and then producing something with my own hands is the best feeling in the world for me!
I decided to work only with natural and healthy materials, to completely support the idea of a natural and healthy lifestyle. I use only 100% wool felt that has the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate, 100% linen, rmies, cotton, silk and other natural materials.
In other words, I want to put all my efforts in something I believe in, I'll be proud of and which I enjoy to do. I design and make all the LaLa! products and patterns by myself.

Shipping
➜ All the parcels are shipped via Registered Ground Mail or Air-Mail Registered - both include a Registered Mail confirmation ticket with a code number (insurance is not included). For most countries you'll be able to follow your parcel online; in most countries you'll also need to sign for the parcel (signature confirmation upon delivery).
All items are carefully packed in cardboard boxes and bubble envelopes.
If you prefer your parcel to be sent via Air-Mail Registered (a faster method) please send me a message (convo) before your purchase to inquire about shipping prices.
➜ If the shipping name and/or address don't match your Etsy name and/or address, please send me a message or write the correct address in the "Message to Seller" section during checkout.

➜ As of today, November 10th, 2011, I became aware that copies of my original LaLaShoes designs are being manufactured in China and are offered in several shops on some big online selling venues.
The persons producing and selling the copies also re-branded the copies with two different brand-names (they're not called LaLaShoes) and are using exclusively my own pictures (downloaded without my permission from my Etsy store) to promote their copies (also watermarked with their "brand name").
Please, BE AWARE - if you see (recognize from the pictures) copies of my work being sold online on some big online selling venues (or on similar sites, other than Etsy) be sure they are illegal copies - I'm not the one who made the products nor I ever gave permission to anyone to copy or manufacture them or to use my photographs.
