Frequently asked questions
Do you take commissions?
No, sorry.
My delivery never arrived, or arrived damaged. What do I do?
Art prints and zines are sent as letters and therefore can't be tracked. If you don't receive your item within 6 weeks, please let me know. Postage from Australia can be very slow, even via Airmail, unfortunately.
For items that arrive damaged, please send me a photograph and description of the damage. If your postal delivery service has crushed, creased or torn it trying to force it into your mailbox, I can't take any responsibility for that, sorry. I do my best to package things securely.
Care instructions
Paintings on paper should be framed as soon as possible. In the meantime, leave it in the plastic it was shipped in to protect it from dust and moisture. Any enclosed frame will work. It does not matter if the front is glass or acrylic. Sealing the back of the frame with tape to prevent dust and moisture entering is strongly recommended.
Paintings on canvas may be framed or can be hung as-is.
The paint I use is artist-quality meaning that under normal conditions it should not fade, but it's always best not to hang paintings where they will receive extended periods of direct sunlight.
As Zines are printed on paper, they will naturally have a more limited lifespan than paintings. Careful storage and handling will extend their life!
