How long will you hold or reserve an item for me?

Typically, I hold or reserve items for 48 hours. Contact me if you have special circumstances.

What should I do if my purchase arrives broken or missing a part?

Please take a photo of the damaged piece in the package or of all the pieces to denote what’s missing. Then send me the photo on Etsy convos. We will decide together the next steps, which may include a return or a full or partial refund.

How do I return an item I purchased from you?

Contact me on Etsy first, and then ship item back within 7 days of delivery in order to receive a refund of the purchase price less a restocking fee of 20%.
Must be original item in same condition as mailed. Buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
Most clothing has a No return policy.

Shipping costs

I am aware of how expensive mailing costs are, and I make every effort to ship as inexpensively as possible. Please contact me with your concerns or questions about a particular item, and we will work together on lowering where possible.

Will my package be insured and when is it considered Lost?

Packages shipped Priority include up to $100 insurance. Above $100, I can add additional insurance at my discretion.

In general, insurance DOES NOT APPLY unless the package is damaged severely or lost completely, and the postal service doesn't consider packages lost until 30 calendar days past the estimated delivery date. If a package is marked as delivered, insurance will not cover anything as far as missing or stolen mail goes. If a package is damaged please save the packaging since the post office requires photos as proof.

What to do if my package says delivered but I do not have it?

Buyers must have a secure delivery point. Shipping insurance carriers will not accept claims for packages missing or stolen upon completed delivery. Once USPS makes a final delivery scan, this shop is not responsible for items missing from the delivery location. No refunds or reimbursement are granted in this scenario. The buyer will be responsible for filing a missing package claim with their local post office and/or reporting the theft to authorities.
