We welcome your custom orders, in fact those special pieces are our very favorite things to make. Payment on custom orders is required at the time the order is placed.
Please note that your custom order piece will be unique and resemble but not exactly match the example in the picture. I take care to give the truest representation of every item listed in our store.

If you are unsure of your ring size, we sell a simple, adjustable ring sizer. You can easily be certain of your ring size before ordering. This sliding plastic ring sizing tool can be used again and again. Simply size it to fit the way you want your ring to fit, being sure that it slides over your knuckle comfortably.

*About bracelet sizes- my wrist measures 6 1/2 inches and I wear a size 6 1/2 bracelet. There is room to slip a finger between the wrist and the bracelet. Sized this way, the bracelet will be comfortable, it moves and allows for flexing your wrist. If you wear a larger or smaller size than one you see listed, please contact us and we will gladly make you a custom bracelet.

Some of our gemstones require special care. We include simple care instructions in your package.

I do my best to make our gift packaging very special and just right for your newest Love Stone Arts treasure. Your purchase will arrive in a pretty gift box.

Whenever possible we will ship within 24 hours of your purchase. Made to order items or customized orders will require up to five days to complete.

Shipping is by USPS 1st class with a Priority upgrade available. Priority shipping includes insurance.

Once we print your shipping label, a tracking number is generated so that you can watch the package wing its way to you. The estimate for parcels is 3-5 business days or less.

You may return any item in its original condition within 5 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, not including any shipping costs.
