All items are shipped First Class via USPS
Once an item arrives at post office, it is out of our hands.
Once tracking information states "Delivered" we are unable to provide any refunds, credits, or replacement items. Please be sure to double check address as we are unable to make any changes once order is placed.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Please note all sales are final.
If there is a defect in the item, please send photo documentation within 48 hours of receiving the item. With proper photo documentation, we will remake a defective item. Item must be in unworn/unwashed condition.

Hi, we can agree that it was not your fault nor mine. As stated in our shop policy once it’s in the hands of post office we have no control of their delays. Despite our return policy customer was given the option to return unopened package for a refund. Yes customer would pay shipping as again it was not delayed on our part either and it was a courtesy return.
