Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders come in an organza bag,ready to be given as a gift.
Multiple items are put on the same bag.
If you want your items to be put separately,please let us know in advance.
Care instructions
The string I use for the jewelry is a high quality waxed polyester string. This string is often used for shoemaking and upholstery, therefore all pieces are very sturdy and durable: no fraying/no fading and colours do not run if wet.
►You can clean your jewelry with a small brush (i.e. toothbrush). If need be, you can also use a drop of soap and water, then rinse and pat dry with a cloth.
Processing time
Due to high amount of orders,it takes me about 1-3 business days to have an order ready to ship. If you need it by a specific date please let me know.

Orders are sent with Standard Shipping,no tracking included,for lower cost.
Unfortunately this method is not always safe,and rarely orders do not arrive or get stolen etc.
I am not responsible for the way mail is handled,that is why i am
offering Registered Shipping at checkout,which includes a tracking number and is safer.
For registered orders you will need to sign to receive your mail.
In case of absence,a notice is left.
Maximum hold time at the post office is 20 days!
Please pick it up on time!
