💖 Care instructions

⚠️ The first time you light your candle is most important to the life of your candle. For the first burning, keep your candle lit until the melt pool reaches the edge of the container and is approximately 1/4" deep. Each burn after, allow your melt pool to reach the edge of the container before extinguishing. This will prevent tunneling and increase your candle's scent throw.

⚠️ Always keep your wick trimmed to 1/4”

⚠️ Always place your candle on a heat resistant surface when burning.

⚠️ Do not move your candle while it is burning or if the wax is liquid.

⚠️ Never leave a burning candle unattended.

⚠️ Do not allow pets or children access to lit candles.

⚠️ Discontinue burning when there's 1/4" wax remaining

📫 When will my order ship?

Our current processing time is 1 - 5 business days (Business days do NOT include holidays or weekends). This is the time needed to hand pour each candle fresh upon order, create and label, and carefully package your candle for shipment. The processing time does NOT include shipping time.

⚡ Need By Dates

If you have a date that your order is needed by please contact us PRIOR to ordering so we can be sure that we can accommodate your request.

Need by dates left in the "notes to seller" or "personalization" box at checkout requesting a date shorter than our listed processing time will be ignored.

🚨 Postal Delays

All delivery dates are estimates not guarantees. Postal delays are completely out of our control. We cannot refund any order that arrives late due to postal delays.

📮 Return Policy

If you'd like to return an UNUSED product please contact me within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery in new condition. Products with custom labels are NOT eligible for return. Used items cannot be returned.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

😭 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged please send us photos of the damage within 72 hours of delivery and we will issue a replacement.

⛔ Incorrect Mailing Address / Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address (or for any other reason) the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping fees to resend the package to the correct address.

👮 Lost or Stolen Packages

Lumiere Candle Company is not responsible for any package marked delivered by USPS. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that there is a safe place for delivery. If you think your package may have been stolen please contact USPS and the local authorities.
