I accept returns & exchanges except any item that has been customised or personalised. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to inform me & send item(s) back to me within 21 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Item to be returned in its original state, if not buyer is responsible for loss of value.

If item is personalised I am unable to accept cancellations however please contact me & I will do my best to help.

Shipping

I use Royal Mail for shipping. You can chose from 1st class, 2nd class or express delivery however please be aware I can only provide a tracking number when express delivery is picked. For 1st & 2nd class deliveries I am unable to provide an exact delivery date.
