Framed pieces and canvases are wrapped in brown paper, padded extremely well, and sent in a sturdy cardboard box. Unframed pieces will be sent in an envelop with cellophane wrapper and sturdy cardboard to prevent bending.

Most artwork will ship via USPS or UPS and will arrive according to your selected shipping preferences. International shipments will be sent via USPS or other carrier. Shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout. Please email me with questions or to get an estimate.

I take extreme care with every painting, order, and commission. Each piece of art is a one of a kind. Your satisfaction is my highest priority! Because of this, all sales are final. Please take the time to read the descriptions in full. I recommend checking the artwork on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations. I take much care in the adjustments of my photography to make sure it is represented as true as the eye can see. Please note that computer screens do slightly alter color.

I retain all rights to all artwork, including those of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless full rights have been purchased for the artwork. This is in addition to purchasing the original.  The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.

The buyer has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without my written permission.
