You will receive your order in beautiful branded packaging, which is great both to be given as a gift and for storage.
- We pack large jewelry pieces in branded boxes + branded plastic bags.
- Small ones go into opaque plastic bags + branded plastic bags.
We also pack your package into additional protective materials to deliver your piece in a good condition.

Usually, the delivery time from Ukraine to the USA, Australia, Europe, and Canada is 2-4 weeks. It may take longer around Christmas.

We will send your order the day we receive your payment (or the next day in case the post office is already closed).
Each package has a tracking number, which I tell you at once when the package is sent. This way, you can track your order online.
We send packages via International Air Mail for you to receive them as soon as possible.

If you haven't received your order within 4 weeks since we have sent it, try to track it using the tracking number I gave you or contact me and I will do it for you.
If you can't track your package, please let me know and I will settle it with the post office (although, such a situation hasn't occurred yet).

In order for your jewelry piece to serve you for years to come, please follow these simple storage and usage rules:
👉 only dry cleaning,
👉 keep the jewelry away from moisture, perfume and chemicals,
👉 don't let animals and children under 5 years old play with the jewelry,
👉 keep the jewelry separately from other jewelry and sharp objects, away from direct sunlight.

We provide a lifetime warranty for all our jewelry. This means that if some part of a jewelry piece is broken (provided it was treated in accordance with the recommendations for use listed above), we take responsibility for repairing it no matter when it was bought.
In such a case, the delivery in either direction is paid by the customer.
For your peace of mind, I would like to assure you that we haven't received any complaints about broken jewelry sold in our Etsy store yet.

We send our products for no additional fee in any part of the world.

We gladly accept individual orders. However, I should let you know that we do not copy our 'one of a kind' pieces and jewelry pieces made by other designers. Nevertheless, we can make a new piece in the same style and colors of another one you like, taking into account your individual preferences.
