Your rum cakes never disappoints. Within minutes of receiving yesterday, half was gone . It’s like cutting into a slice of heaven. The wonderful aroma filled the air and I just couldn’t stop. I’m so glad this isn’t available year round, or I’m sure I would be broke. Thank you.

This is a very good cake - light, tasty and well balanced (fruit, sugar, rum). Cake, however, was a bit dry and we needed to add some wine to moisten it.

This cake was amazing. Granted it doesn't taste like my Jamaican grandmother who passed in 1997 cake lol but it's still amazing. It's so moist and tasty. My only regret is that I got a small size. Or maybe that was a great a choice since I ate the entire cake in just under 2 days.
