4 out of 5 starsI loved the way my dog’s tag turned out! It was exactly how I pictured it. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because I wish the product itself was a little more sturdier/heavier. I believe they are metal tags, but would have liked to have something a little more durable or had a top coat on the tag so the customization doesn’t get scratched off. Overall it is good quality and it matches my dog’s Central Perk collar perfectly. Thank you PawTies!!!

Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my order?
All items are printed in house after the order is placed. We try our best to get all orders shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. This time may vary depending on order size and current order volume. Shipping times vary greatly based on location and mail class chosen at check out.
Transit time for USPS Domestic First Class averages 3-5 business days, but can take up to 1 week or more. USPS Domestic Priority Mail transit time can be anywhere from 1-3 business days, depending on location. During and around Holiday Seasons these transit times may be longer. All orders are shipped from NYC.
Do you accept returns?
All items are made specially for you and your pet! Due to this we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges, returns or cancellations on these items. We urge everyone to please double check all the order details (items, sizing, customization etc.) before placing their order. Unless the product is deemed defective or not matching order specifications upon arrival, we cannot offer returns and/or refunds.
What if my order shows up damaged?
If your item was received damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Is my package insured by USPS?
USPS First Class Mail comes with a tracking number but NO package insurance. This is a policy implemented by USPS, not by PawTies. The USPS will not refund orders that are deemed damaged, stolen, delayed or lost if the First Class Mail package is not insured. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing the insurance or upgrading your order to Priority Mail or UPS. We cannot replace or refund order that are deemed damaged, stolen, delayed or lost in transit.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order! We can sometimes make arrangements to get your order mailed out faster. We do highly recommend upgrading to Priority Mail shipping to ensure a faster delivery. Please note that while we sometimes can accommodate a faster processing time, due to potential shipping delays we cannot guarantee you will receive your order in time.

We do sometimes have time to make slight changes to a current design or help you design the tag of your dreams! Please send us a message on Etsy and we'd be happy to chat.
