SHIPPING
+ STANDARD shipping
We shipping our prints using STANDARD AIRMAIL SPANISH POSTAL SERVICE, which includes personalized delivery. The shipping time depends on each country.
+ Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. I am not responsable for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses. I ship to your ETSY shipping address and refunds for your order cannot be made due to this.
PRINTED AND SHIPPED ARTWORK ORDERS ARE SHIPPED IN A 3-5 DAYS. WHY?
Because we only print on demand just for you at our trusted print shop, so as not to accumulate paper unnecessarily and to avoid wasting natural resources.

The prints will be sent in a cardboard tube for optimal protection during shipping
All orders are processed during Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays in Spain) and we dispatch once a week.

FRAME IS NOT INCLUDED
Framing is a very personal decision of each client, both aesthetically and economically, and that is why I always work without including the frame.
The photos with the framed illustrations that you can see in the store are an example to give you an idea of how it can be in your home

Color is one of the most important things when I designing my products, and as far as possible, this photographic reproduction is true to reality, but the colours may vary slightly depending on the configuration of your monitor.
SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS
At Pedrenland we use the most sustainable packaging possible.
Tissue paper to wrap your prints protected by a cardboard tube, which you can always reuse and turn it into a toy, a decorative object or something practical made by yourself.
The plastic lids can be repurposed as coasters, bird feeders, or whatever you can think of. Let your imagination fly ;)
The paper used to print the illustrations is a Vegetal high quality 180 gr matte paper.
Premium Matte Poster Paper of 180 gr.
Matte finish white paper with a high quality universal Premium coating specially developed for printing on plotters and inkjet printers
