I have a a special item that I would love to turn into jewelry, is this something that you would do?

Yes! I offer this service to my customers.

Do you combine shipping? My shipping fees seem very high, why is that?

Yes I do combine shipping.
I’m not sure why, but there are times when the shipping fees are much too high, when this happens, please don’t worry. I will issue a credit for any excess in shipping costs.

I like something you have listed on your facebook page or another site, can I purchase it here?

I love my beaded bracelet, I wear it all the time! But now the elastic is starting to fray or it actually broke, what can I do?

I stand by my work. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied and enjoying your new jewelry.
I am happy to restring your bracelet/necklace. I will restring at no charge twice after that there may be a small charge. Nothing massive, just enough to cover my cost and shipping.
Best way to get things going is to send me a message and if possible a photo. I will then recommend the best and cheapest way to send the item for repair.

I see some of your items are donating a portion to help Bull Terrier Rescues. Do you help other rescues? Can I choose which rescue the money goes to? And... how do I know you will actually donate the money?

Right now I am focused on helping Bull terriers, because after all the ninjas that help create this jewelry are all rescues and are Bull Terriers. Whenever there is a sale, I contact my friend who works with all US bull terrier rescues, she tells me which rescue is in the greatest immediate need. I then contact them, send them the donated amount and ask them to post a thank you to you on my Facebook page. If you are not on Facebook, I can message you the link and receipt of donation. As for help other rescues, if the order is large and the donated amount is significant and I can verify that it indeed is a legitimate Rescue, I will send your donation happily. Please feel free to contact me.
