Do you accept refunds/exchanges?
No. I do not accept refunds for buyer's mistakes or buyer's remorse. Etsy still keeps a portion of the sale regardless if it was refunded. For physical items, it takes me time to produce your order. I do not pay myself a wage and therefore only get paid for my time when a purchase is completed. For digital items, you are sent the product as soon as you purchase it and there is no way to return it.
I cracked the magnet on my minder! Will you replace it?
No. I have instructions on how to avoid cracking earth magnets on each listing that contains them. An earth magnet only breaks when not handled correctly.
Wholesale availability
I do not offer wholesale at this time.
Will you restock the same metal needle minder?
No. I am very transparent that these minders were pins. Because these pins come from blind boxes and are limited edition, it is impossible for me to restock a specific one. So if you're eyeing one, grab it before it's gone for good!
Why is Etsy showing such high prices for international?
Dont worry! I refund the extra shipping costs if the actual cost was cheaper than what you paid 🙂
