I make exclusively hand made products and always try to use recycled, nature friendly materials. I love creative, made with passion, personalized things. The same I do with my bears who are friends for the whole your life and can be a very good companion in every moment. Happy for your visit!

Payment
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
According my shop policy I will not send packages until payments have cleared.
If you have any problems with payments please contact me.
Buyers in the Netherlands can pay with iDeal, contact me.
I can't be responsible for any customs taxes in your country, so please check before you buy. Inside European Union there are now custom taxes.
Shipping
I also can do a gift wrap if you like. I can offer hand made boxes for special occasion gifts, please contact me for extra costs.
You can request faster shipping and insurance for an additional charge. Please contact me I'll be glad to help you.
I always ship to Paypal address. Otherwise please contact me.
The shipping time depends on the country. In Europe it takes 3-7 days, USA , Australia – 1,5 – 3 weeks (on high season time it can be more).
I can't be held responsible for lost or broken packages after shipment, if you don't want to take any risk, insured shipping is a very good option and available at request.
Additional policies and FAQs
In case you like me to make a personalized bear or friend for you, please contact me. For all my orders I take a deposit of 50 % (not refundable). After bear or friend is made, I send you pictures and a Paypal Invoice. After full payment is received, I ship the item to the address stated on your Paypal account.
I offer a layaway. The first part, 50 % of a bear price (not refundable), has to be paid immediately. Only after receiving the first payment the bear will be RESERVED. The bear will be send to you after full payment. Please contact me for payments schedule ( it will be made personally for you and agreed by mail). I don’t reserve bears without a deposit.
