Returns and Exchange Details
If you are not 100% full of love for your order, please, please do not hesitate to let me know. Send me a convo or email within 7 days of receiving it and let's work it out. I would much rather have a happy customer than having any less than 100% positive feedback.
Refunds or credits for exchange will be allowed within 7 days of receiving your order (for non-custom orders only). Item must be returned to me in it's within 14 days of requesting the return. **Original shipping cost is non-refundable.**
UNLESS in the case of a - gasp! - defective product, the cost of return is the responsibility of the the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable (only the cost of the item).
Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping
If there is any damage during shipping, please report it to me immediately so I can resolve it. If a package has been broken, opened and the item has been affected, please email me a photo so that I can claim it with the shipper.
For loss by the shipping company, a refund or exchange will be issued once it has been verified by the shipper that it has been lost.
