I do not claim to be a graphic designer and although I print, wrap and label all my products by hand I do not profess to being a professional printer! However I am always happy to try and help customers with their request so please ask, I will try to say yes!
Please be aware that I cannot refund custom orders unless they are damaged or faulty.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not offer a gift wrap service, but all my orders are sent out to the recipient wrapped in white tissue paper and sealed with my label and certainly are presentable as a gift!
Wholesale availability
My Etsy shop is primarily for retail customers. Although I can offer discounts on bulk orders I do not offer wholesale pricing.
Please bear in mind that due to all my products being handmade and the fact that I strive to offer the best value to my direct customers I cannot offer huge discounts! However please let me know if you are still interested and I will strive to offer bulk discounts on a limited range of my products.

Sizing details
Each individual product will have weight options or details on it's weight in the description. Dimensions of tubs and tins are all clearly stated on the products listing.
Care instructions
All my teas and infusions are processed to order, they are not packaged up in advance. This ensures that every one of my products is received in the best possible quality and freshness. All the teas will last for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase providing they are stored in an airtight container, away from direct light and strong odours.
How long will my order take to arrive?
I send all my parcels with a tracking number and a signature will be required at the time of receipt on high value orders.
I estimate 2-3 BUSINESS days from the date of shipping within the UK.
Outside of the UK I would anticipate a delivery time somewhere within a 5-7 BUSINESS day time period, however I cannot guarantee this as there may be multiple circumstances outside of my control that could affect this.
How do you ship orders?
I send all my orders tracked.
Within the UK parcels are sent on a Tracked 48 hour delivery with Royal Mail.
All overseas parcels are sent via UK Royal Mail post, they are then handed over to the recipients relevant country postal service, there will always be a tracking number provided so that you can watch the progress of your package.
Large orders may be eligible for Courier shipment, I will advise you of this prior to shipment
I missed my delivery and I failed to collect my parcel, what happens now?
It is the responsibility of the purchaser (customer) to take receipt of the parcel. I cannot be held responsible for failure to do so, and unfortunately, should you fail to collect your items or rearrange delivery within the allotted time with the delivery company I will not offer a refund.
