1 out of 5 starsMy order was meant to arrive Aug 24th and I'm still waiting for it. I've sent about 6 emails trying to reach the seller to find where my bag is...no communication at all! I'm worried I won't be given a refund because it's past the 14 days. Now she has my money and I don't have anything :-( I wish I could give zero stars. Or that someone on etsy would help when sellers bail on their orders.

Terribly sorry for the miscommunication. I hadn't received any email notifications due to an incorrect/ old email linked to my new etsy shop. The initial address I was given was a U.K. Address and zip code And I wasn't informed before shipping that it was incorrect. Unfortunately, this package went to the initial address I was given and i will not be able to recover merchandise. I will absolutely issue a refund including your cost for shipping. This is so unfortunate to hear because this was a phenomenal bag and I am sad it had not made it to its rightful owner. This is the first time I have ever had a discrepancy with shipping and item, and I am sincerely sorry for the mishap!
