Each of our ceramics is 100% handmade from scratch, which means that there may be slight variations in color and shape from the photo. We take great care to ensure that each batch is as consistent as possible, but due to the unique nature of the crafting process, each piece is truly one of a kind.

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a resolution. If we are unable to come to an agreement, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, exclusive of shipping and handling fees, once the item is returned to us in its original (perfect) condition within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure you use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide us with the tracking number.

5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely adorable, very well made, just perfect. I was expecting the sweet little frog fairy, I was NOT expecting the frankly wonderful packaging it came in. I opened the shipping box and was greeted by the cheery little flower on the gift box, which was a delightful surprise, but then inside that box and it’s pretty tissue paper, was a lovely little clam shell where my little fairy waited. This was a joy to open, obviously this shop takes great pride and care in not only their wears, but how they are received and presented. I would absolutely buy from them again in the future.

5 out of 5 starsThe Kaonashi No-face item exceeded expectations. Shipping was relatively quick, arrived safely bubble wrapped and additional packaging, and I love the glaze/design. I ended up using for my saltwater tank and hopefully my clarkii, wrasse, and blenny use it. I had purchased a different item on Amazon and returned said item twice because it broke in shipping. I'm ecstatic to receive this as a one and done. Willing to purchase from them again!
