1 out of 5 starsThis item arrived with 3 flaws/defects--pieces of the design were missing. Seller claimed that imperfections were to be expected in vintage items. The defects were not "imperfections" but missing pieces that appeared as holes in the pattern. I had not checked the "shipping and policies" tab indicating that there were no returns. This info should be displayed on the main page. This purse was intended as a gift and I am very disappointed. Will not buy from this seller again.

I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the purse. As with all vintage textiles, there are flaws, missing stitches, faded and abraded areas. Some of these items are made from textiles that are over 80 years old. This piece was not misrepresented in anyway and was shown as it is in the photos. I'm sorry if you did not notice the flaws that you are unhappy with. As for my shipping policy not appearing on the front page, you may send a suggestion to Etsy to make this more prominent in the future. Thank you~
