Custom and personalized orders
We aren't currently taking requests for custom orders. Custom orders are any items that you want altered in any way or items we don't have listed.
Shipping Charges
We offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING on all orders. No extra charge for multiple items!
Items are shipped USPS First Class mail with tracking. We offer a Priority Mail upgrade at checkout.
Due to multiple issues, we no longer ship internationally.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If you don't receive your package after 14 BUSINESS days please contact us! Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
If your order is returned to us by USPS for any reason, we will contact you for resolution. If the error was on the part of the buyer, any refund provided will be MINUS what you paid for shipping. If we do not hear back within 14 days, your items will be relisted.
Shipping Address
Please check your address PRIOR to placing your order. We do not offer refunds if you give us the incorrect shipping address.
Combined Shipping
We do not combine shipping on multiple orders.
