Can I reserve a product ahead of it's release date?
In the interest of being fair to all my customers, I do not reserve products ahead of release dates. Some of my products are very limited, and I want to give everyone equal opportunity to get one.
Shipping issues?
Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't recieve your item due to wrong address you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it's being delivered.
Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and items will not be replaced at the shops expense.
Can I put items on hold?
I will happily create a custom listing for you and will set items aside for 7 days. After that period, if the listing is not purchased, the items will be returned to the shop.
