I have been crocheting for approximately three years. I began when I was pregnant with my daughter with the desire to make her some handmade beanies, and I have loved it from the start. If you know me personally, you know that I wear a flower in my hair every single day, so the fabric flowers are a bit of a personalized touch. The name of my shop is taken from the Latin term soli Deo gloria, which means glory to God alone. It is my great joy and desire to work skillfully with my hands in order to create and craft to the praise of God’s glory.
As you may have read in any one of the product descriptions, 10% of all proceeds of this shop go toward Mark and Stephanie’s adoption. They are dear friends of ours, who we’ve known for about eight years. It is the desired hope of our family to adopt within the next few years, so it brings us utter joy to be able to support our friends in the meantime!
