Poor customer service, I told seller that these pillows were very dirty, two big white tags were sewn in, there were areas of missing needlepoint. A friend picked these for her gift from me. I didn’t want to disappoint her, I asked seller for a discount for repairs and dry cleaning and yarn for missing areas, seller said send them back. So I will absorb the cost as to not disappoint my friend. Seller is not helpful and quite shrewd.

This was a mess. The needlepoint pillow was very dirty, I had to seam rip in order to remove the sewn in tags. There was missing needlepoint in several areas. A friend had picked these out as a gift, which I told her I would purchase them for her. I told the seller, she concluded that one could see the tags, it’s an antique shop so she sells things as is. Every buyer has the right to determine just what as is “IS”. Online shopping relies on the seller to disclose. There was no reference to these flaws, nothing was disclosed. I didn’t want to upset the person who was excited about this gift, asked the seller to discount, her solution was for me to return item. So I will pay for the dry cleaning of these extremely dirty pillows, seam rip and re-sew to remove large white tags, purchase yarn to repair missing areas of needlepoint.
