Frequently asked questions
How long will my art print/s take to arrive?
Each fine art print is made to order. Most orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days from purchase.
Shipping is handled by Australia Post and can take 3-5 business days for transit. Please allow extra time during the Christmas season.
How long will original artworks take to arrive?
All original illustrations and paintings are ready to ship. Please allow 1-3 business days to dispatch.

Please note for all products dispatch time frames may vary at busy times during the year. Freight time frames may vary based on your location too.
How are orders packed?
All prints and original artworks will be delivered — unframed — in a protective and sturdy flat pack or rolled and stored in a strong tube or carton depending on size and make. All orders are packaged with care to endure transit and arrive securely and intact.
Please take special care when unpacking your order too. I do not take responsibility if the artworks are damaged when removing or handling.
Why can’t I return my art print/s or original artworks?
Given that paper products and works of art are custom made and delicate in nature, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Help! My order is lost or has arrived damaged, what do I do?
As I do not have control over delivery services, I do not accept liability or responsibility for any loss or damage to an order once it has been handled by Australia Post.
However, If your order arrives damaged from transit, please do email me your order number with photos of the flawed artwork as I would love to assist in lodging a claim.
As I am an independent artist running a small business, I can only offer a replacement for art prints if you can cover the cost of the shipping fee.
How long will my print/s last?
All art prints are produced on high-quality museum grade art media with archival rated inks. It is indicated to last more than 100 years.
To ensure the age resistance, please display your prints away from direct sunlight and keep protected under framed glass or stored in an acid-free seal bag.
