I cannot retrieve digital products back from you after it has been purchased and downloaded, and thus no refunds will be processed if you decide to cancel your order. There will be no exceptions in this regard.

Once a logo preview or premade logo is purchased, it is regarded as the start of the design process, and thus no refunds will be processed if you decide to cancel your order. There will be no exceptions in this regard.

Digital template downloads are available once payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or credit card, confirmation might take a few minutes.

Etsy will send you a download notification email separate from transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy or PayPal. You can also access files through your Etsy profile under 'Purchases and Reviews'. If you checked out as a guest, you will find a link to download your files(s) in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer browser.

Printing support and services are not offered by this shop. All items are in digital format and will be delivered via instant download (templates) or Dropbox Transfer (logos). No physical, tangible goods will be shipped.

All printable templates have been test-printed and quality-checked, and the shop will not be held responsible if your printer specs are too low to yield a quality print, or causes any other printing issues

Logo file delivery is managed via Dropbox Transfer and you must download your final logo files within 7 days of receiving your unique Dropbox link.

My Dropbox account is periodically cleared of older files to ensure that storage limits are adhered to. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that I will have your logos stored in future. I advise all clients to download and save their logo files somewhere safe (computer, external drive, or ideally a cloud-based account like Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, etc). This will ensure that you always have access to your logos.

Should you lose your logo files and request that I resend it in future, a fee will be charged to re-export and resend your final logo files.

Premade Logo and Logo Preview orders are generally finalised and closed within 3-10 business days.

If I have not received any correspondence from you within 3 business days of when you receive your logo preview or logo proof, your order will be closed with/without being finalised. This is done to prevent the order from becoming overdue and having my shop ranking unfairly penalised.

You will need to contact me when you are able in order to reopen your order and receive your final files. In this instance, your order will be placed in the back of the line of any other orders in process at that point in time. An additional fee may be charged.

There will be no exceptions in this regard.
